Beautiful English Oak Coffee Table

A fully handcrafted, unique Coffee Table hewn from a solid log of top-quality Old English Oak.  Pale honey colour with with lovely grain, growth rings, fissures and knurls to add character. The rough outer bark has been planed for a smoother, user-friendly finish, but the natural uneven shape and texture of the tree has been retained.  The whole table is treated with a high gloss finish for practical daily care.  The table top is separate from the legs and is held in place by pre-drilled wood pegs and its own substantial weight.  A lovely piece of furniture to grace any room and style of decor.  Collection only

I'm a qualified carpenter with an interest in making small items of furniture using discarded materials which would otherwise be destroyed. Wood is far too valuable and beautiful to be wasted.
