About The Artist
Frances Rowley Beaumont is an artist with many years experience. She trained at Brighton to be an Art teacher in 1972 and has continued with painting and sculpting and teaching for over 30 years . She exhibits locally, and takes part in the Open Studios - this year in the Polka Dot Gallery, Teynham.
